By using Forge Digital's services, you agree to these terms.

Service: We design, build, install, and maintain AI conversation chatbots for your website. Setup, customization, testing, and ongoing optimization are included in your plan.

Free trial: The 7-day free trial lets you evaluate the service at no cost. No payment is required to start. Continued use after the trial is subject to the monthly plan.

Billing: The monthly subscription is billed in advance and may be cancelled at any time. There are no per-message fees.

Acceptable use: You agree to use the chatbot for legitimate business conversations and not for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

Liability: Forge Digital provides the service on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for lost conversations, missed leads, or indirect damages beyond the fees paid in the prior month.
